Installation & Implementation
When new software is purchased, our Application Consultants will install our software on your system and make sure that all components are functioning for your use. Training is also given at this time to ensure basic understanding of program functionality. When new computers are purchased, we can also schedule a return visit for installation and configuration. Conversion services are available for new clients who are switching from a different software system or for existing customers that would like to merge data stored in a different system into TRIO. We will need to review the data for formatting and content before an estimate can be given. Please contact us for more information.


If you are in need of a refresher or are adding a new employee, we offer on-site or off-site training for one person or a small group. We are now utilitzing WebEx services for remote internet training as well. If you are interested in training please contact our office for scheduling and pricing.

Custom Software Changes
Though our system is constantly being updated and new information is continuously added, we can make changes upon request as well. We will add in custom reports, extracts and programs. We will make changes to the system so that it is functional for your municipality. If you would like to request a custom change, please contact our office for a quote.

Bill Format Creation
If new bills are purchased and they do not seem to match existing bill formats within our system, just send us a sample and we can create it for you to use in our systems.

Software Support
Our annual software service agreement includes unlimited technical support. TRIO’s office hours are 8:30am-5pm Monday thru Friday. Click here to contact us.
